matter how well intentioned and designed, is only as good as the
processes and people who work in it. The same is kinda true for our
romantic relationships. We need to collaborate well as a team and

Karyn McRae & Helen Lynch have been business
partners for more than two decades running a successful Interior
Design business. Together they’ve taken on projects from small
residential house flips to huge cruise ship fit outs and everything
in-between. Along the way they’ve nurtured their respective
marriages and families all while kicking ass in business
